SEMBRANDO SALUD SL (hereinafter, the "Company") informs users that the purpose of processing the data collected through the forms on this website includes the following objectives:

  • Contact: addressing requests made by interested parties through the contact form created for this purpose, which includes communication with the interested party, adding them to the contact list, and managing the provision of the requested service.
  • Newsletter: Periodic sending of information about new products and services added to this website, new updates, or relevant information we believe may be of interest to you. 

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the explicit consent provided by the user, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, by selecting the checkboxes for submitting the contact form and subscribing to the newsletter, where they confirm their consent.

Pursuant to Article 7 of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), consent may only be granted by users over the age of fourteen. If the user is under fourteen years of age, the consent of their parents or legal guardians will be required for the processing to be considered lawful.

How long will we retain your data?

SOCIAL MEDIA PRIVACY POLICY

En cumplimiento del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos 2016/679 y la Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE), la Empresa informa a los usuarios, que ha procedido a crear un perfil en la Red Social Instagram bajo la denominación “sseed.io”, con la finalidad principal de publicitar sus productos y servicios, así como compartir noticias, consejos, recomendaciones y otras publicaciones relacionadas.

The user has a profile on the same social network and has decided to join the page of the Company thus showing interest in the information, products, services, and activities advertised on the Network.

By joining our page, you provide us with your consent to process the personal data published on your profile.

The user can access the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time, as well as configure their profile to ensure their privacy.

The Company has access to and processes the user's public information, specifically their contact name. This data is only used within the social network itself and is not incorporated into any additional or external file.

Regarding the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, restriction of processing, and data portability, which you hold and can exercise before the Company, in accordance with the LOPDGDD, the following nuances should be considered:

  • Access: It will be defined by the functionality of the Social Network and the ability to access user profile information.
  • Rectification: This can only be fulfilled in relation to information that is under the control of the Company, for example, deleting comments published on the page itself. Typically, this right must be exercised through the Social Network.
  • Cancellation and/or Opposition: As in the previous case, it can only be fulfilled in relation to information that is under the control of the Company, for example, by no longer being connected to the profile.
  • Restriction of processing: This can only be fulfilled in relation to information that is under the control of the Company, , for example, deleting comments published on the page itself. Typically, this right must be exercised through the Social Network.
  • Data portability: This can only be fulfilled in relation to information that is under the control of the Company, this right must be exercised through the Social Network.

The Company will carry out the following actions:

  • Access to the profile's public information.
  • Publication on the user's profile of all information already published on the Social Network page.
  • Sending personal and individual messages through the Social Network channels.
  • Updates to the page's status that will be published on the user's profile. The user can always control their connections, delete content that no longer interests them, and restrict with whom they share their connections. To do this, they must access their privacy settings.

PUBLICATIONS

The user, once joined to the page of the  Company, may publish comments, links, images, photographs, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network on the latter. In all cases, the user must be the owner of such content, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties. Any publication on the page—whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc.—that attacks or is likely to attack morality, ethics, good taste, or decorum, and/or that infringes, violates, or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or the law, is expressly prohibited. In such cases, the Company reserves the right to immediately remove the content and may request the permanent blocking of the user.

The Company will not be held responsible for the content that a user has freely published on the page. Company.

Images that may be published on the page will not be stored in any additional file by the Company, but they will remain on the Social Network.

ADVERTISING
